I haven’t received a tracking number, what should I do?
Some larger or bulky orders are sent via pallet delivery, which may not provide a tracking number. For an update, please contact our customer service team.
Can I track my order without a tracking number?
My order hasn’t arrived by the date given, what should I do?
Most orders (99.3% in 2024) arrive on time. If yours is late, please allow 24-48 hours for possible courier delays. Back-ordered items will only ship once they reach our warehouse. Bulky pallet orders may take longer.
Can I track my order on your mobile app?

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has already been dispatched, we can’t change the address. If it’s still processing, contact us straight away.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Are there orders that can’t be tracked?
Yes, bulky pallet deliveries can’t be tracked through our system as some pallet couriers use separate systems. Contact customer service for updates.
