Our Story
Our journey began in 2008 with a commitment to supplying specialist materials for damp control, waterproofing and building preservation.
Following a major relaunch in 2018, we developed Toner Dampproofing Supplies Ltd (Ireland) into a dedicated specialist retail and online supply business, extending our product range and making it easier for customers to source professional-grade materials.
Today, we serve customers throughout the Republic of Ireland through our dedicated Irish website, offering a broad selection of specialist products.
Although our retail store and distribution facilities remain in Belfast, Northern Ireland, our commitment to serving Irish customers is an important part of our business.
We believe that choosing the right materials should be as straightforward as possible. That means providing clear product information, helpful customer support and access to specialist knowledge, whether you are an experienced contractor or purchasing a product for your home for the first time.
Industry Experience Behind Our Product Range
Choosing products for damp proofing, basement waterproofing or timber preservation requires an understanding of how buildings behave and the conditions products are designed to address.
Our team includes on-site surveyors who hold the Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (C.S.R.T.) and Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (C.S.S.W.) qualifications.
These recognised professional qualifications support our approach to technical product guidance, particularly when customers need to understand differences between treatments, installation methods and waterproofing systems.
We aim to help customers make informed choices by explaining relevant product characteristics, intended applications and manufacturer requirements.
It is equally important to recognise when a building defect requires further investigation. Dampness, timber decay and water ingress can have several underlying causes, and effective remedial work depends on identifying and addressing those causes appropriately.
