We will reopen at 8:30am on Monday 27 July 2026.
During this time, our warehouse, office and Belfast trade-counter collection service will be closed. Orders will not be processed, dispatched or available for collection until we reopen.
Ordering Before Our Closure
Customers with urgent requirements are advised to place orders as early as possible before our closure date.
Please note that our usual same-day dispatch cut-off is 10:00am for eligible in-stock items. Orders placed after this time, or close to the holiday closure period, may not be dispatched before we close.
Online orders placed during the holiday period will be processed from Monday 27 July 2026 in the order they are received.
Technical Support and Customer Enquiries
Telephone and email support will be unavailable during the closure period.
Our team will respond to customer enquiries, technical-support requests and order queries as soon as possible after we return on Monday 27 July 2026.
