Wykabor 40.1

Wykabor 40.1 timber treatment is specially formulated for injection into large dimensions of timber, in order to protect against wood boring insects and fungal decay.

Wykabor 40.1 is a glycol-based wood preservative formulation containing disodium octaborate tetrahydrate. Designed for use by injection into larger dimensions of timber, to protect against wood boring insects and fungal decay such as wet rot and dry rot. It is particularly suited to used in damp/wet timbers that are in contact with masonry, such as joist ends and wall plates. The active ingredients then effectively migrate into high risk areas. Treatments may be supplemented by a surface application of Wykabor 10.1 (see separate Technical Data Sheet).
